For example, if your goal is to increase sales for a specific product, you may want to create a search campaign targeting keywords related to your product. If your goal is to build brand awareness, you may want to create a display campaign targeting audiences who are interested in your product.

Step 4: Choose your audience
Next, you need to choose the audience that you want to target with your ads. You can select specific keywords or phrases that people might use when searching for your products or you can target specific demographics such as age, gender, location, and interests.
Our tips:
- Define your target audience- determine who they are and what they will connect with. Get specific, do your research and identify everything that could help you with catching their attention. Ensure you include terms and slang if needed that resonate with your target audience.
- Use Keywords- Keyword targeting is allowing you to target your ads to people who are searching for those keywords. Make sure the keywords you select relate to your product because you want to avoid targeting the wrong crowd.
Step 5: Set your budget
You need to set a budget for your campaign, which determines how much you are willing to spend on your ads each day or month. You can choose to pay per click (PPC), which means you only pay when someone clicks on your ad, or you can pay per impression (CPM), which means you pay for every 1,000 times your ad is displayed.
Our tip:
Start with a small budget especially when creating your first campaigns. Test a few different campaign styles to see which works best for you and your products. Refine and adjust as you need once you begin to see results.

Step 6: Launch your campaign
You have your account, you’ve designed your content, the target audience has been determined and your budget has been set, you are now ready to launch your campaign. Your ads will start to appear on Google search results pages or websites and mobile apps that are part of the Google Display Network. Launch your campaign and begin to see the results.
